ABOUT ME
Marco is an impact developer in the field of diversity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Three ingredients to shape your team, your product or service and your company. In addition to my job in the Netherlands, I work with students and entrepreneurs in Suriname, a country in South America. The world is one big playground, a playground that we need now, but also in the distant future. A world that belongs to the children of our children. We borrow it from them. So the big question is how can we do it right to have a good time and maybe how can we make it better. I want to help with the innovation questions, the business questions and the personal questions for a fit future where you can trully be yourself.
