ABOUT ME
Aggrey Kavai Dung’ani is an expert in plant propagation with more than 10 years’ experience. Specialty area
include agroforestry, honey processing and land scalping. He owns a tree nursery where he propagate
wide variety of seedlings which include woody perennial seedlings, fruit trees, and ornamental
plants. The site is also used as a training ground are for students and the local community. He provides
practical education to agricultural students and works with both public and Non-governmental
organizations to create awareness on the importance of trees and the environment. Aggrey has earned recognition and awards in environmental field in Kenya. He was awarded a medal of burning sphere as a hero in Kakamega county, Kenya.
